Villa Almoradi is a charming private villa with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, close to the old fishing port of Moraira. It sits in a quiet residential area about 3 km from the sandy beaches of El Portet and L’Ampolla.
The villa is built in a horseshoe shape around the pool and has panoramic mountain views with spectacular sunsets. The well-established garden has several terraces, so there is always somewhere for a quiet read or a siesta. There is a good choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the nearest supermarket is 500 m away.

Inside the villa
Living, dining and kitchen
The main living area has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, comfortable sofas, a television with UK Freesat channels and a DVD player. A log burner is provided for cooler evenings during out-of-season stays and winter lets.
The dining area seats six and leads on to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine. A small utility room has a washing machine and a second fridge.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa sleeps six in three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two further bedrooms each have twin single beds and share the family bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower.
Pool, terraces and barbecue
Doors from the lounge open on to the pool terrace, which offers a good degree of privacy.
Beside the pool there is a poolside shower, a dining table and chairs and six sun loungers. Steps lead down to the built-in barbecue area, with its stone dining table and benches, surrounded by a lemon tree and palms.
The villa has a garage and a private driveway, and there is roadside parking too.
