Transportation in Moraira
Taxi
A taxi journey from Alicante airport to Moraira would cost approximately €150. The taxi rank is just in front of the arrivals terminal P0.
A taxi journey from the airport to the centre of Alicante would be approximately €35. You could then take alternative transport to Moraira.
Buses
The C-6 line connects the airport to the centre of Alicante. The bus stop is opposite the P2 terminal and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Tickets cost approx €3. The service is available every day of the year, between 05:30 and midnight, with buses leaving every 20 minutes.
From Alicante’s centre there are buses to Teulada (7 km from Moraira). The bus company that operates the line is Alsa. The journey takes 2 hours and the fare is approximately €15 one way. Once in Teulada, take a taxi or a connecting bus on to Moraira. The buses that operate between Teulada and Moraira are run by a company called Ifach.
Another possibility is taking a bus from Calpe. There are regular connections between Alicante airport and Calpe and then onto Moraira. Journey time to Calpe is approximately 2 hours and costs approximately €10. Moraira is 15kms from Calpe, the Ifach bus company operates the lines between the two.
Trains
From the centre of Alicante, there is a regular train service to Teulada. Departure station is Lucero.
Take the train line L1 to Benidorm and then line L9 to Teulada. There are trains to Alicante every 30 minutes. The journey to Teulada is a little over two hours. The price of a single ticket from Alicante to Teulada costs about €10. For more information: https://www.tramalicante.es
